These terms describe direct purchases of compiled UBS software from the seller below. Choose the edition and review its price, package and requirements before paying.

Software and price

The subject of the license is the purchased edition of Universal Booking System (UBS): START, BUSINESS or PROFESSIONAL. The studio edition price is shown on the purchase page in RUB. The amount and edition must match the payment offer accepted by the buyer. A separate marketplace offer may have a different price and delivery process.

License and included rights

The buyer receives a non-exclusive license to install and run the purchased UBS edition for the buyer’s own business, including customer bookings and staff access within that edition. The license applies worldwide for the duration of the exclusive rights in the supplied version. Backup copies and migration to replacement equipment are permitted.
The purchase does not transfer ownership of UBS, its source code or exclusive rights. Resale, sublicensing, public distribution and making the software available as a competing product for other businesses are not permitted without separate written permission, except where mandatory law or a third-party component license provides otherwise.
The purchase is a one-time fee for the delivered version and edition. Hosting, individual setup, customization, ongoing support, future paid versions and third-party integrations are not included unless expressly listed in the selected offer. Third-party components retain their own license terms and notices.

Delivery and package

After the seller confirms payment, the selected edition is sent manually to the buyer’s email address within one business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Russian public holidays; delivery is handled on Moscow time. A marketplace order is delivered through that marketplace’s order conversation under its stated deadline.
The digital delivery is a ZIP archive containing a compiled Windows x64 application, its runtime files, setup templates, a buyer guide, an edition comparison and applicable third-party notices. PROFESSIONAL includes its additional guide. Python source code is not included. The purchaser supplies their own Telegram bot and runs the software on their equipment. Automated downloads are not used for direct purchases.

Payment and receipt

Direct payment is available only through the payment offer enabled for the selected edition. The seller checks receipt of funds and issues the applicable professional income tax receipt separately from the payment provider’s confirmation. Returning to this website does not confirm that a payment succeeded.

Requirements and operation

The package is for Windows x64. An internet connection and the buyer’s own Telegram bot are required. Both customers and authorised staff interact through Telegram. The hosting device must stay running for the bot to receive bookings and send reminders. External payment collection, third-party services and separately developed adapters are not included in the standard edition.

Requests and refunds

If the delivered archive has a substantial defect or does not match the edition and description agreed at purchase, contact the seller with the payment reference, edition, supported operating system and a description of the problem. Do not send bot tokens, customer databases or other people’s personal information.
Requests are assessed under applicable Russian law and the agreed offer. Depending on the circumstances and the rights provided by law, remedies may include correction, a replacement conforming copy, a price reduction or a refund. A new feature request is separate from a defect in the agreed delivery.
These terms do not exclude or restrict mandatory statutory rights, applicable grounds for cancellation or refund, or statutory time limits. A refund is not refused solely because the archive was downloaded. Purchases made through a marketplace also follow the applicable marketplace transaction procedure.

Agreement and applicable law

Before direct payment, the buyer must be able to review these terms, the selected edition, the final price and the delivery arrangements. Payment for that identified offer constitutes acceptance of these terms. The contract is governed by Russian law, with mandatory rights preserved where applicable. Terms for a completed purchase are those accepted for that transaction; later edits do not retroactively change it.
